Candlelight Records USA only accepts returns on product that is defective or damaged (excludes jewel cases, which may be damaged during shipping). Candlelight Records USA must be notified within 5 days of receipt of defective or damaged product, using the Contact Us feature in the store or main site. Returns must be sent back to Candlelight Records USA within 15 days of notification to Candlelight Records USA. Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order description in your communication to Candlelight Records USA.
